BE MISSED reminder to PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE...

...bring a copy of the last page of your passport for geog kukup trip
on monday...

we've had 2 weeks to do this, can you imagine the kind of impression
we will give mrs (lucille) yap when she finds out that 12 PEOPLE HAVE
NOT HANDED UP IN 212? I really hope that these 12 people will remember
to bring it monday.

Other than the thing about class' impression, it's also our personal
responsiblity to ensure that things are handed up on time, just like
it's my responsibility to make sure that everyone in 212 hands in
their form by monday, 16/2.

So I'm just REALLY REALLY REALLY hope that you will see this message
and wil REMEMBER and bring it on monday. Yup :) :) So I really will
appreciate it if 212 can be on time for all 3 things: passport,
particulars and assessment policy.

For particulars, the one where you have to fill in the document on the
class desktop, 3 people have not filled that up yet: Sabrina, Churen

Now, HAPPY VALENTINES DAY 212!! It's the last valentines day we will
be celebrating together O: But anyhows, let's make it the greatest
valentines ever as a class!

Thank you everyone for making 112 and 212 such a wonderful class! The
diversity of talents and types of people in this class has really made
these 2 years a really memorable one. (take note of pronunciation
everyone!) We've got the drama-mama ones, the arty-farty ones, the
math pros, the chinese pros and the sportey people! Hehehe :D :D

Yup I think i am very long winded. But anyways, words are the bringer

some reminders here

1. Please remember to photocopy a copy of the back page of your passport -- the one with your photo and particulars for geog kukup trip.

2. Please remember to enter your particulars into the document on the class desktop. It is labelled geog kukup trip.

Note: To those people who do not want to go for the kukup trip, I am not sure whether it is optional this year. The Geog teacher Mrs Yap told me to get everyone to fill in their particulars and hand the passport copy. So I think this year is compulsory, as a learning journey. Please check with mrs yap if you have any queries.

3. Please remember to pass me your assessment policy reply slip if you have not done so.

Please do the above 3 by next Tuesday.

Thre'll most likely be a (very urgent) meeting on either monday or tuesday during recess/lunch for all welfarers so Sherilyn and I really hope that you'll come okay! We'll try to get Mrs Koh's permission to eat in class or something but if we can't then we'll probably have the meeting in the canteen. Regarding attire on Wed, all students may come in Chinese New Year clothes (this includes casual attire e.g. jeans). There is no need to wear school socks/shoes / tie their hair up. As long as they do not wear anything indecent, they do not need to adhere to school rules pertaining to attire. However, all other rules still apply.

They may wear CNY attire the entire day, including assembly.

Yup confirmations for those who asked about attire :) Hope you guys read on time! :)

hello everyone

here's an update on some class matters:

1. class decor:
- pls try to bring aluminium foil
- pls try to bring cardboard
- stick up remainder of small stars
- everybody kindly put up your personal star (which can be of any size)
- some people (any volunteers plsss??) will be putting up the motto at the back of class

yup, so i know its alrdy week 5 of term 1 and our exams are in week 8/9 so everyone's getting busy with homework and revision and all. So we really really really need to try and finish putting up our class decor by the end of week 5 because if not we're never going to finish our class decoration...

because after week 5, things are going to get busier, and busier, and busier, and busier. They're not going to get any better so we should finish this decoration thing as soon as possible! Haha.

2.Class shirt
- The people in charge of class shirt are: Shasha, Sabrina, Churen, Awa
- like what awa said, we should try to spend more time and put in more effort in creating a nice t-shirt design, so that when get our t-shirt, we won't start talking about how ugly it is etc.
- awa has set up a database about our class shirt on yahoo groups so please go and fill in your ideas about class shirt

**please remember that we should get our class tee design done as soon as possible so that we can get it approved by the school and send for printing. This takes (quite a long) time. So to get the best value for money out of our class tee we need to print early, then we can wear it for many times throughout this year, as opposed to, just netball carnival. Your money will be more worth it!

3. Video
- as shasha has repeatedly said, please send her your photos of 212 from this year as well as last year! so that she can make a nice video :D

4. Class cheer
- ummm, i'm not sure what came out of this. welfare comm people?
haha.

Hi everyone! First post of our class blog. Haha. :)

Anyway, here are some updates for the different committees as well as the homework and things to bring for the days ahead.

UPDATES

1. MEDIA RESOURCE
- blog done
- yahoo group done
- left blogskin: anybody can contribute to the blogskin, not restricted to the media resource rep.

2. INTERNAL ENVIRONMENT
- duty roster done
- duty roster and system of checks and decoration to be announced on Friday

3. WELFARE (RECREATION)
- birthday system (mode and frequency) to be announced on Friday

4. TREASURY
- rationale has been explained, will be elaborated on more on Friday
- collection of money (tentatively $1) on Friday [check with welfare pls!]
- buy pins and chalk and coloured tape (for whiteboard to divide announcements, dates etc.) and clear folders to keep work for absentees on Friday after collection of money

5. LOCKERS
- GO will add 1 more locker by end of this wk
- no stuck lockers now
